Additionally, certain contexts like breastfeeding, post-mastectomy scars, or nudity in paintings and sculptures may be acceptable, but only if they are non-sexual.

    Violent and Graphic Content:

    • Prohibited Content: We do not allow videos or images that depict extreme violence, gore, or self-harm. This includes content showing physical assaults, animal cruelty, or depictions of bodily fluids related to violence.

    • Permitted Content: Content related to awareness campaigns, such as anti-bullying or domestic violence, may be allowed but must be presented in a non-graphic, educational manner.

    Language:

    • Prohibited Language: We do not tolerate hate speech, slurs, or language inciting violence. This applies to all text, captions, comments, and messages.

    • Permitted Language: Casual swearing, when used in a non-aggressive and non-hate-filled context, is acceptable. However, content with excessive or targeted profanity will be removed.

    Originality and Content Ownership:

    • Unauthorized Content: Confetti is a platform for your creativity. Do not upload content that infringes on someone else’s intellectual property rights. This includes using copyrighted music, videos, or images without permission.

  • Physical Safety: Do not share content that promotes or glorifies dangerous activities that could lead to injury or death. Submissions that encourage risky behavior, like extreme stunts without proper safety measures, will be rejected. Every challenge has been designed to be completable without causing harm, creating an unsafe environment, or violating the law. Always prioritize safety.

  • Digital Safety: Protect your personal information and that of others. Do not share or solicit sensitive information such as addresses, phone numbers, or financial details.

4. Spam, Scams, and Misrepresentation

  • No Spam: Confetti is a space for meaningful connections, not for spamming. Do not post repetitive content, unsolicited promotional messages, or irrelevant links.

  • No Scams: Do not engage in or promote fraudulent activities, including phishing scams, misleading offers, or financial fraud.

  • Authenticity: Be genuine in your interactions. Creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or misrepresenting your identity is not allowed.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Respect IP Rights: Confetti respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. Do not share content that you do not own or have explicit permission to use.
